Living Room 43" smart TV with all streaming apps available Couch, coffee table, and throw blanket Light switch is located next to the TV. It has two modes — nightlight and normal. Quickly click the switch off and on to toggle between modes. Dining / Murphy Table A Murphy table is stored under the TV. To set it up: Pull out the lower section and extend it fully. Retrieve the four table leaves stored underneath the TV. Slide each leaf in, lining up the dowels until it locks into place. When finished, remove the leaves, store them back underneath the TV, and push the lower section back in. Dining chairs are folded and stored in the hall closet. Kitchen Fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee pot, Keurig, and fridge. A broom, dustpan, vacuum, and trash can are also provided. Lighting: one switch is located by the coffee pot; the second switch is on the outside of the cabinets near the hallway. Bathrooms Standard bathroom setup. Bedrooms Each bedroom includes a bed, side table, mirror, dresser, and blackout curtains. Three of the bedrooms also include a desk. Two laundry hampers are available for shared use. Laundry A washer and dryer are located down the hallway, along with extra towels and linens. An ironing board and iron are also provided. Backyard The backyard is fully fenced and available for your use, including a patio table and chairs. Please note: the area beyond the white vinyl fence is off-limits. Checkout Instructions Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle. Place dirty bed linens on the floor. Clean out the fridge and pantry of any food you brought. Take out the trash. Turn off all lights. Lock all windows and the back sliding door. Close the front door and press the lock button on the Schlage lock. Return furniture to its original place.

Guests have full access to the interior of the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas, along with the fully fenced backyard and patio area. Guests do not have access beyond the white vinyl fence at the back of the property. The other units on the property are currently under construction and are strictly off-limits to guests.
